Not only can you gift your friends a path to achieve their homeownership dreams or optimal interest rate for their current loan with our expert guidance, but you can also earn a $250 thank you benefit once your family or friend settles their loan.

    • How does the program work?

    Submit the Referral: Share the details of your friends and family who might benefit from our services.
    Loan Settlement: Once their loan with us settles, you earn a $250* thank you benefit! (T&C’s apply – see below)
    Repeat: There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

    *Terms and Conditions

    Definition: A client refers to the referred person who settles a loan or loans with Heart Financial.
    Eligibility: The referred client must settle a loan with Heart Financial in excess of $250,000 to qualify.
    Voucher Delivery: As a referrer, you will receive the voucher either electronically or as a physical copy within 30 days of loan settlement.
    Promotion Period: Referrals made between March 1, 2025, and April 30, 2025, are eligible. Loan does not need to settle during this period, but an appointment must be booked. Heart Financial may amend the period of the promotion.
